Great fast food that is less about speed (though it is fast) and more about good food. Service is great too—best of any Burgerfi! Mark took our order and checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed too. Sauces are tasty and fries are fresh. A win for a quick meal that pleases vegetarians and meat lovers alike.

Akhia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a food spot. The young lady at the front was unbelievably kind, patient, and accommodating. She brought everything to our table, made sure we had every sauce we wanted, and stayed polite and cheerful the entire time. It is genuinely refreshing to meet someone with such a sweet spirit representing a business. She was smiling, handling orders flawlessly, and just made the whole visit feel amazing. This was our first time ever here and we will be back just off of the experience food was amazing also. Not sure how I overlooked this place when driving by. Glad I tried it out.

Fries were crispy, golden, and served hot, with a light seasoning that enhanced the taste without overpowering it. Staff were efficient and polite, ensuring the order was served quickly. The environment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it an easy and enjoyable dining experience.

I stopped by today for a meal and had an excellent experience thanks to Khi. He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and thoughtful throughout my order. He took the time to help me find exactly the meal I was looking for. His customer service skills truly stood out and made the visit even better. The management is clearly doing something right by having team members like him. Loved it there 10/10

I love BurgerFi burgers, but what makes this location special is Julian. Rather than a cold corporate interaction, this team is personable, kind and attentive. Made me feel like a regular walking in the door for the first time.

Sophia was amazing, made sure my order was done correctly and efficiently. I even dropped my cup on accident and she made sure to give me another one without me asking and immediately cleaned up! Super fast service and calm atmosphere, plus the food was delicious

Akhia’s service was super friendly when welcoming us. The place was clean, and the burgers never disappoint me. They’re always on fire, on point. I truly believe they’re the best. The only recommendation I would make is to have the air conditioning set colder, because it was very hot while we were there.

5 stars I had an amazing experience at BurgerFi Pinecrest! The new management has truly turned things around—bringing back the original ingredients and purveyors, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the food. The Rodeo Burger was incredible, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The fries were crispy and fresh, just like I remember. We also tried the chicken tenders, wings, onion rings, and shakes—everything was delicious. You can tell there’s been a real focus on getting things right again. Huge shoutout to Jerri and the entire staff for their friendly and attentive service. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been in a while—you’ll taste the difference

RoRo took care of us she was so kind and the rest of the staff were amazing especially (sorry I never asked for his name) he took our order great service it was my first time eating here it was so amazing very clean, the burgers are delicious and juicy, the meat is so good! I had a hey chef burger with bacon. Definitely coming back again when I crave a juicy burger thanks for the hospitality and kindness. Cheers !
